Watch this YouTube video where two of Nickelback’s hit songs, “Someday” and “How You Remind Me”, are combined to make a statement that their songs sound exactly the same.  But in this experiment, they actually managed to create a new song that’s better than each song individually.  It’s amazing how exactly the two different songs line up.  These guys are definitely working off of a songwriting formula.
